2 Weeks of firsts...
1. 1st night at home with Dylan: I'm sure I rank right up there with all of the paranoid first moms when they get home from the hospital.
2. 1st time either of us got peed on... Jeff won that prize; he'll never rub his nose against Dylan's belly again when he's not wearing a diaper.
3. 1st drive around the block in the middle of the night hoping, praying that would lull Dylan to sleep.
4. 1st time that I actually have a "to-do" list that I hope to accomplish between the hours of midnight and 4am.
5. 1st time we had to change the sheets on our bed twice because Dylan wanted to "water" them.
6. 1st road-trip to Laurens for the weekend; so wonderful to get out of the house and spend some great time with GeeGee and Papa.
7. 1st time to we had to pull over on the highway because Dylan pooped all over himself (and me)... that was an interesting fiasco.
These two weeks have had a lot of firsts, but Jeff and I are so blessed to have such a beautiful and healthy baby boy. Here are some of my favorite recent pictures:

Glad to hear you've made it through the first two weeks. Here's to many, many more happy firsts. :-) Hope to see you guys and meet Dylan soon.
